We are a leading supplier of lighting to high end hospitality venues in Australia and New Zealand.

Due to growing demand for our products and services and expansion of our operations, we are seeking a suitably qualified individual to join us in the role of Sheet Metal Fabricator.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain standard sheet metal cutting and forming equipment
• Interpret fabrication drawings or verbal directives from management to produce high quality brass lighting
• Work with brass, stainless steel and steel materials with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to achieve desired outcomes and ensure the quality of our products
• High quality, fine detailed work to meet architectural designs
• Work independently and in a team environment to meet production deadlines
• Be willing to learn and adapt to the manual processes involved in producing custom lighting within projects

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate II in engineering – fabrication trade, or higher in same field
• 5 years experience in a fabrication role
• Proficient in working with brass, stainless steel and steel materials
• Ability to work unsupervised and maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout every step of the manufacturing process
